1500-year-old Yedikule Orchard stopped producing lettuce for 50 years, till last week

 

Guerrilla Style! Picnic Performance was produced with Umit Üret during Sharjah Biennial by using Yedikule Orchards' new lettuce. The lemon juice was squeezed on the lettuce, then rolled.! It was named “Picnic” and the performance ended with the rolled lettuce left for the consumption of the visitors.
